Youth Alive has existed since 1982 and has seen more than 300,000 teenagers make faith commitments nationwide. At our core, we exist to REACH young people with the gospel, RAISE up leaders, and RESOURCE churches. Ultimately, we are here to support, strengthen and REVIVE youth ministries across the nation and to future-proof the church.
We are excited to expand our core operating model in Tasmania to now offer another layer of support to the Youth Ministries we serve. We want to help resource the vision of Youth Ministries who are believing to reach teenagers in their local areas. For many Youth Ministries, we know that your vision may be bigger than your resource.
This is where this fund comes in…. Youth Alive Tasmania has raised finances through individuals and churches who believe in the next generation, and because of their generosity, we are now able to offer grants of between $500 and $1500 to help local youth ministries reach more teenagers.
In the Bible, David used a slingshot to take out Goliath. If you’ve got something big you’re believing to do, this fund can help provide the stones you need to take down a giant.
We believe that this fund will help successful applicants turn the tide in their Youth Ministry.
ELIGIBILITY & DESIRED APPLICANTS
The objective of the Youth Alive Evangelism Fund is to support innovative youth evangelism projects delivered through local youth ministries.
Grant stream available:
$500 ~ $1500*
*The fund will provide a maximum 75% contribution to the total program/activity cost.
STEP 1 - READ THE SELECTION CRITERIA
The first step is to gain an understanding of the selection criteria. This will help you develop an idea that fits within the requirements of the grant.
STEP 2 - SPEAK TO OUR YOUTH ALIVE TEAM
Once you have an idea for your proposed activity/program, speak with our Youth Alive team to discuss the eligibility of your activity/program and to guide you in the application process.
STEP 3 - COMPLETE & SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
Use the following checklist to help prepare an application for grant funding:
Carefully read the selection criteria.
Ensure you respond to all the selection criteria in full.
Complete the application form online. All applications must be submitted through the Fund's website.
Each application must be completed in full, including a budget and detailed plans for the activity, signed off by your Senior Pastor (or their representative).
Attach the required supporting documentation, including quotes for any capital expenditure.
